- Download the registry file that helps to stop the Windows Update: https://www.mediafire.com/file/r5qcjx8i103uvjc/StopUpdate.reg/file and import it by simply double click to the downloaded file.
- Go to Services, look for services, usually in “%windir%\system32\services.msc” , look for Windows Update service, please stop the service and disable service.
